ParqWood Delta Walnut: Engineered Wood Flooring
ParqWood Delta Walnut is a 14 mm engineered walnut floor with a 3 mm walnut top layer on a stable poplar core, made as 3-strip planks (190 x 1900 mm). The delta walnut tone adds depth and a rich, premium feel that suits villas, majlis areas, studies and boutique spaces. Because the top layer is real walnut, it looks and feels like solid wood, while the cross-layered core stays stable in Dubai’s air-conditioned interiors.

Frequently asked questions
Is Delta Walnut engineered wood suitable for Dubai?
Yes. The cross-layered core is far more stable than solid wood, so Delta Walnut handles air-conditioned Dubai interiors well. Like all real wood floors, it is not recommended for bathrooms or wet areas.
How much does Delta Walnut cost in Dubai?
Supply is AED 450 per sqm and installation is AED 80 per sqm, so AED 530 per sqm supplied and installed. Your final quote is confirmed after a free site visit and measurement.
Can engineered wood be sanded and refinished?
Yes. The 3 mm walnut top layer can be lightly sanded and refinished, so the floor can be renewed after years of use instead of being replaced.
