Installation Guarantee:

  • We offer a 6-month installation guarantee on all flooring and artificial grass installations.
  • If installation issues arise within this period, our team will repair them free of charge.

Product Warranty:

Flooring products come with:

  • 5 years commercial warranty
  • 10 years residential warranty

The warranty period depends on the flooring type selected.

Carpets

  • If the carpet material wears out or if the installation experiences wear and tear, our team will provide repairs free of charge within the warranty period.

Curtains and Blinds

Installation Guarantee:

  • A 6-month guarantee on installation ensures your curtains or blinds remain securely fitted.

Material Warranty:

  • Covers any manufacturing defects or material issues for up to 1 year from the date of installation.

Wallpaper

Installation Guarantee:

  • A 6-month installation guarantee ensures proper adhesion and durability.

Material Warranty:

  • Includes 1 year coverage for peeling or fading caused by manufacturing defects.

Skirting and Wall Panels

Installation Guarantee:

  • A 6-month installation guarantee is offered for all skirting boards and wall panel installations.

Material Warranty:

  • Covers warping, cracking, or fading due to manufacturing defects for up to 1 year.

Limitations and Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use or lack of maintenance.
  • Water damage, fire, or other natural calamities.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
