We received the order on 16 July 2026 for the supply and installation of wall-to-wall carpet in Dubai Marina in a residential apartment. The project covered the apartment’s entryways, bedroom, and living room. The goal was to create a warmer, more comfortable interior while maintaining a clean, consistent appearance throughout the selected areas.
We supplied a plain, dark brown, medium-pile carpet suited to the apartment’s existing interior. Before installation, our team assessed the floor condition, measured each area carefully, and planned the carpet layout to minimize unnecessary joins and material waste. The project included site consultation, carpet selection, cutting, delivery, and professional installation by our own team.
We started the project with an on-site consultation at the Dubai Marina apartment. Rather than choosing the carpet from a catalog alone, we brought samples to the property. This way, the client could see how the color, texture, and pile looked under the apartment’s actual lighting.
The client selected a plain dark brown, medium-pile carpet. The darker shade was chosen to give the rooms a warmer, more grounded appearance while also being practical for areas such as entryways and living spaces. The medium pile offered a balance between underfoot comfort and everyday usability without making the carpet unnecessarily difficult to maintain.
During the consultation, our team checked the dimensions of the entryways, bedroom, and living room individually. We also looked at door clearances, wall edges, corners, transitions between spaces, and the condition of the existing floor. These details matter because wall-to-wall carpet needs to finish neatly against skirting boards, corners, doorways, and other fixed elements.
We then confirmed the carpet quantity and installation approach before moving forward with cutting and delivery.
Once the measurements were confirmed, our team prepared the carpet for the apartment. Wall-to-wall carpet cannot simply be delivered as one standard-sized piece and placed into the room. Each area must be considered based on its dimensions, shape, access points, and installation direction.
We planned the cuts for the entryways, bedroom, and living room so the carpet could be positioned accurately while keeping material waste under control. We also considered where joins might be required and how to position them to remain as inconspicuous as possible.
The selected dark brown carpet had a plain surface, so accurate cutting was particularly important. With no strong pattern to hide an uneven edge, clean measurements and straight cuts become more noticeable in the finished installation.
After the cutting was completed, we prepared the carpet for transportation to the Dubai Marina apartment. Before installation, our team checked the pieces against the planned areas to make sure everything was ready for fitting. The carpet was then delivered to the property along with the necessary installation materials and equipment
On installation day, our team prepared each area before fitting the carpet. We began by checking that the floor was reasonably clean, dry, and suitable for installation. Any loose debris or surface issues that could interfere with the carpet were addressed before proceeding.
The carpet was positioned according to the measurements and cutting plan, then carefully worked into the room edges. We paid particular attention to the perimeter because the quality of a wall-to-wall carpet installation is often most visible around walls, corners, doorways, skirting boards, and transitions.
The medium-pile carpet was fitted across the selected living room, bedroom, and entryway areas. Where joining was necessary, we positioned and finished the carpet carefully to create a consistent appearance. The material was stretched and secured properly so it would sit flat rather than developing loose areas, ripples, or visible movement underfoot.
We also trimmed the edges accurately around fixed elements and checked the finished surface as we progressed. Once each section was installed, we inspected the carpet for alignment, edge finishing, and overall appearance before moving on to the next area.
