The Floor Land team completed a project of villa painting services in Emirates Hills, Dubai, covering four bedrooms and the main living room. The owners wanted a softer, more coordinated interior with colors that felt natural in the villa’s spacious rooms and suited Dubai’s bright daylight.
Before painting services, the team inspected the walls, checked existing finishes, and identified minor surface imperfections that needed attention. The team kept the color selection warm and understated so the finished rooms would feel comfortable rather than overly stark.
For the villa painting, the living room was finished in a warm ivory shade with a smooth matte finish. Instead of bright white, the warmer tone softened the large space and worked naturally with the villa’s existing flooring, doors, and furnishings.
The team prepared the walls before applying the new color, paying particular attention to visible marks and uneven areas. Two coats were applied to achieve consistent coverage, with drying time allowed between coats. The matte finish also helped reduce harsh reflections from the strong natural light entering the room.
For the master bedroom, the team selected a light, warm greige with a smooth matte finish. The beige-and-grey combination gave the room a neutral look without feeling cold.
The walls were checked for small cracks, nail marks, and previous patching before wall painting. After surface preparation, the color was applied evenly across the bedroom walls. The final shade created a calm backdrop that complemented both warm and neutral bedroom furnishings.
One of the additional bedrooms received a muted sage green finish. The homeowners wanted a subtle color change in this room, so the team avoided stronger greens and used a softened, earthy tone instead.
The existing wall surface was prepared carefully to prevent old marks from showing through the new color. Two coats provided an even finish across the walls, while the matte surface kept the shade understated under both daylight and artificial lighting.
The third bedroom was painted in a soft warm beige with a low-sheen matte finish. This color was selected to maintain the villa’s neutral character while adding more warmth to the bedroom than the living room.
The painters first protected the surrounding flooring and fixed furniture before beginning the work. Our team addressed wall imperfections during preparation, then applied two coats of beige paint for uniform coverage around corners, edges, and larger wall sections.
For the fourth bedroom, the team used a muted blue-grey to introduce a cooler accent while keeping the overall palette sophisticated. The color worked particularly well with the room’s natural light and provided a clean contrast against lighter furnishings.
Careful cutting-in was carried out around door frames, corners and other adjoining surfaces. The final coat was checked under different lighting conditions to make sure the color appeared consistent throughout the room.
Once all five rooms were painted, our team inspected the walls for uneven coverage, visible roller marks, missed edges, and paint splashes. We also removed protective coverings only after the work was complete, leaving the areas clean and ready for use.
The finished villa combined warm ivory, greige, sage, beige and blue-grey tones without making each room feel disconnected. The result was a more cohesive interior with individual color character across the bedrooms and living space.
