The customer hired Floor Land for a Villa Renovation project in Arabian Ranches, Dubai, on 10th August 2026. The work covered curtains, sisal carpets, and peel-and-stick wallpaper for different areas of the villa.
For the bedrooms, we installed Blackout Curtains and chocolate-brown Sisal Carpets. The living room received beige sheer curtains along with the same chocolate-brown sisal carpet. We also supplied and installed peel-and-stick wallpaper with a silver finish to complete the wall treatment.
The customer wanted the different finishes to work together while giving each area a practical and finished look.
Our team visited the villa to measure the curtains and carpets before installation began. We assessed the required dimensions for the three bedrooms and living room so we could prepare the products to fit the spaces.
We also measured the areas where the wallpaper would be installed. This helped us determine the required material for the project before delivery.
We provided free samples so the customer could review the available finishes before making the final selection. The samples allowed the customer to compare the curtain, carpet, and wallpaper options with the villa interiors.
The selected combination included beige Sheer Curtains for the living room, blackout curtains for the bedrooms, chocolate-brown sisal carpet, and silver-finish peel-and-stick wallpaper.
Once the selections and measurements were confirmed, we arranged the delivery of the required products to the villa.
Before starting the installation, our team prepared the work areas for the curtains, carpets, and wallpaper. We checked the products before installation and prepared the relevant areas to ensure the work proceeded smoothly.
We started the installation work after completing the site preparation.
In the three bedrooms, we installed the selected blackout curtains and chocolate-brown sisal carpets. The blackout curtains provided the required window covering, while the sisal carpet added a warm flooring finish to the rooms.
In the living room, we installed beige sheer curtains and continued the chocolate-brown sisal carpet across the selected area. The lighter curtains provided a different finish from the bedroom window treatments while keeping the overall combination coordinated.
We also installed the silver-finish peel-and-stick wallpaper in the selected areas. The wallpaper added a metallic touch to the walls without requiring traditional wallpaper installation.
After completing the main installation work, our team checked the installed curtains, carpet, and wallpaper. We made the necessary final adjustments to ensure the finishes were properly positioned and the installation was completed neatly.
The work areas were also checked after installation so the project could be handed over in a clean and finished condition.
The completed villa had a coordinated combination of window treatments, sisal carpet, and silver-finish wallpaper. The three bedrooms featured blackout curtains with chocolate-brown sisal carpet, while the living room combined beige sheer curtains with the same carpet finish.
The silver peel-and-stick wallpaper added another layer of finish to the selected walls, bringing the different elements of the renovation together.
