Floor Land completed a premium wallpaper Installation for an Apartment in Downtown Dubai on 26th July 2026. The client requested upgrades in three key areas: the bedroom, living room, and entryway. Each space needed a different look. We installed a textured linen-style wallpaper in the bedroom, a soft botanical pattern in the living room, and a marble-inspired geometric design with metallic accents in the entryway.

Our team began with an on-site visit to understand the apartment’s lighting, finishes, and the client’s design expectations. Because Downtown Dubai apartments typically feature large windows and high-quality flooring, we evaluated how natural daylight would affect color tones and wallpaper texture throughout the day. We inspected wall conditions for common issues such as hairline cracks, previous paint sheen, minor dents, and corner alignment. We also checked the details that directly impact how clean the final seams and pattern joins will look.

During consultation, we discussed the style direction for each room and recommended wallpaper types that suit both aesthetics and durability. For the bedroom, the priority was a calm, hotel-like feel, so we confirmed a warm greige linen texture that adds depth without visual noise. For the living room, the client wanted softness and elegance, so we selected a subtle botanical leaf motif that complements the neutral furniture. For the entryway, we proposed a statement finish: a marble-effect design with fine geometric lines and metallic detailing to elevate the first impression. We took measurements, mapped the panel plan, and agreed on the installation sequence to minimize disruption.

n the bedroom, we installed a warm greige linen textured wallpaper that adds depth without overpowering the space. Because textured finishes can reveal uneven substrates, extra attention was given to smoothing the wall and keeping every drop perfectly plumb. We also maintained consistent texture direction (nap) so the finish reads even under strong natural light from the window. Cuts were completed cleanly at the ceiling line, skirting, and around electrical points for a crisp, hotel-style look.

In the living room, the chosen wallpaper featured a soft botanical leaf motif in subtle neutral tones. We carefully centered the design and executed accurate pattern matching at every join to keep the leaf flow continuous. Particular care was taken around switches and the thermostat area to ensure tight edges and seamless transitions.

For the entryway, we installed a statement marble-effect wallpaper with geometric linework and metallic gold accents. Linear patterns require perfect alignment, so we set exact reference lines and controlled each seam to maintain continuity through corners and near the door frame. Final checks were completed under both daylight and interior lighting to confirm flat adhesion, minimal seam visibility, and a premium finish throughout.
